I opened some Chocolope from a year ago I had stored in Grove Bags vacuum sealed and you wouldn’t believe how much the quality improved after one year. I’ve had improvement and no desegregation. The Chocolope taste 👅 is very exquisite, sweet, and the moisture adjusted a slight bit now. Something it was far from before I cured it longer. So if the taste isn’t what you expected at first.
